  Room was ready early

  The cleaning lady came in even if sign said not too. Room was not cleaned everyday, we were there for 4 nights, found long hair in the bed, I have short hair....

  I really enjoy the Cosmos restaurant for breakfast and the relaxing pool. I had an enjoyable swim in the pool in the morning. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. They also knew I had booked with Booked.net and they were expecting me even though I arrived late. I was impressed by this. I enjoyed the cleanliness and decor of the hotel suite. I would definately stay there again.

  The staff were very nice and professional . We had a small problem which they helped with right away. The room was great and very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the executive suite on the 11th floor which had a great view and a bedroom with its own door seperate from the living room area.The living room had a comfortable fold out couch and a balcony. There was also a kitchen with a nice size fridge.It was in a location that was not far from anything you wanted to see or do. From old Quebec town it was a 12min drive. Marine museum was 10min away. Huge shopping mall across the street. Metro food 5min drive across the street and open to 11:00pm most days. We stayed 4 nights and decided to stay an extra night because there was so much to see and do in Quebec. Also very easy to find on a major street. We will stay there again when we visit.

  Very nice room with the wooden floors and balcony.Great view.Everything close by.

  Bartender has to learn how to make a proper drink.Pool could be larger.

  It is across the street from one of Canada's largest shopping malls.

  I like the location to the major highways. I like the underground parking but it needs improvement. I like the restaurant.

  The underground parking. It is convenient but it looks neglected. The concrete is covered in a layer of sand which makes me worry about the stability of the ceiling. It needs brighter lighting. The bathroom fixtures need updating.

  The view. Facilities in room was exceptionnal for the price.

  The drap in the bed are made of polyester/cotton I believe wish burned my elbow when I slept my arm from under my chest . I literally have scare from it.

  Parking lot is packed. Shower room is leaking. No toilet paper holder. No hook for clothes in the bathroom. We stayed in a room, newly renovated, but the shower is leaking when you had shower. Poor workmanship in the bathroom renovation.

  The rooms are large and convenient.

  Not clean enough for a 4 star. No safe. No kettle. Insects! Breakfast we had was not tasty and expensive.
